ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-11-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 18.7.2014, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur has fixed maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 in Maintenance case No.110 of 2013.

The Petitioner has filed his salary slip, according to which, he receives around Rs.2,68,540/- per year, which means that he earns Rs.23,000/- per month.

The Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submits that in fact the Petitioner earns about Rs.36,000/- per month, which the Petitioner explains, is reimbursable as travelling expenses. Be that as it may, considering the facts of the case, the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.39 of 2015 dt.09-11-2015 2/2 amount of Rs.10,000/- is reduced to Rs.8000/- per month. The Court below is directed to ensure compliance of its order if the Petitioner does not deposit the amount of arrears within reasonable time. Application stands allowed.
