2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Three miscreants surrounded the informant and started abusing him and one of the miscreants assaulted the informant on his head and snatched informant's mobile and motorcycle.

4. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. He was arrested by the police on the spot with the mobile of the informant. Petitioner is in jail since 17.06.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner was arrested by the police on the spot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
