Heard Mr. Uday Shankar Pandey, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021 dated 26.06.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 34 IPC.

It has been alleged in the FIR that because of a dispute between Anil Ram and the aunt of the informant, an occurrence took place in which the informant has falsely named

Considering the background facts and the nature of allegation and taking into account that he is a young person of clean antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
