2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. Recovery is of 27.750 litres of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioners.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are a person of clean antecedent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody since 24.07.2024.

5. Considering the recovery of illicit liquor, let the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65205 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
