ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already submitted a representation to the authorities concerned for paying the amounts due to the petitioner. Learned counsel has further stated that the authorities may be directed to dispose off the said representation.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that he has no objection for passing the direction to the authorities concerned to dispose off the said representation on merits.

3. Having regard to the above made submission and

Patna High Court CWJC No.13513 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 without going into merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondent authorities to dispose off the representation dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure-6) on its own merits as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. In case the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authorities are directed to pay the said amounts. In case the authorities find that the claim of the petitioner is to be rejected, they shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
