Case No. 125 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case only on basis of suspicion. At the relevant time, petitioner was in Delhi. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
