2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"(i) for direction to Respondent No.5, Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sadar Purnea to re-open the Case vide Case No.306/12-13 dated 23.02.2016 which was closed without having taken any decision, the reason alleging, non-appearance of the petitioner and his lack of interest to appear before the Court for more than

(ii) for any relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
3. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner in the presence of learned State counsel at the outset, submits that the sole petitioner has died and as such, liberty be granted to heirs to approach afresh if he/she/they so want.
4. The State has no objection. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the heirs to file fresh petition if he/she/they so want.
