Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 528 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62846 of 2022, as contained in Annexure-3. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No. 63385 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S.
