Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No.08 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been indicted with assaulting the informant on his head by means of Farsa on the way to his house while he was returning from a rally. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The injuries are lacerated wound on the head and pain and swelling on the left shoulder and simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. He has been languishing in jail custody since 15.05.2017.

No.29533 of 2017 (02) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No.08 of 2017.
