2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (town) P.S. Case No. 526/ 2024 dated 22.06.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 341, 323, 354B, 379, 448, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Mr. Abhishek, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the allegations levelled in the F.I.R. are totally false, in fact, there was a money transaction in between the petitioner and the informant's husband, Sanjay Kumar and in this regard, an agreement was also executed and during investigation some of the material witnesses did not support the allegation as to snatching of gold chain of the informant and

No.63209 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/3 also accepted that there was some money transaction dispute in between the petitioner and the informant's husband and in this regard, the order impugned may be perused. It is further submitted that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and the F.I.R. was registered with an intention to create pressure upon the petitioner to escape the liability to pay the amount of Rs. 2,35,000/- which was taken by the informant's husband from the petitioner.
4. Mr. Rabindra Kumar, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as the above submissions and mainly the nature of allegation coupled with the fair and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in my opinion, in the said circumstances, the petitioner deserves to the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (town) P.S. Case No. 526/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63209 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 3/3 Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
