KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is allegation of killing grand-father of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to family politics. Informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. He is in jail custody since 21.08.2016. Co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court, which are Annexures-2 series to the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29644 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger, in Sessions Trial no. 88 of 2017 arising out of Sanagrampur P.S. Case no. 99 of 2016.
