Petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhoura P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 188, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68766 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 since 28.06.2019 and 18.07.2019 respectively. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge XI-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran in connection with Madhoura P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019.
