The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 412C of 2020 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the complainant. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64669 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVII, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 412C of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
