Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that the specific allegation is against co-accused Matebul. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63466 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
