2. This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to regularise his services against the post of Jharukash, a Class-IV post, in Government Ambedkar Kalyan Chhatrawas, Dalsingsarai.
3. It is the petitioner's case that he has been working as a Jharukash on daily wage basis since 2012. He is relying on an order dated 08.06.2013, issued by the District Welfare Officer, Samastipur whereby post facto sanction of his engagement on daily wage basis with effect from 2012 was

4. From Annexure-3 of the writ application it appears that the petitioner is working as an employee of Jagat Narayan Security Guard Pvt. Ltd. and he has been deputed as Guard in the said hostel. No case of regularisation of the petitioner's service against a civil post under the State Government is made out on the basis of what has been stated in the writ application.
5. This application has no merit. It is accordingly dismissed.
