No. 6917 of 2018 Present application has been preferred by the applicant herein-writ petitioner, to permit him to amend the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12184 of 2018(3) dt.14-09-2018 2/3 main petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 12184 of 2018 by correcting the vehicle number which is wrongly typed as "BR-1NO333" in place of "BR-01CN-0333" and, consequently, to modify the order dated 05.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12184 of 2018. The application is not opposed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. Even otherwise, it appears that there was a typographical mistake/error in giving the vehicle number.

Considering the Registration Certificate it appears that the correct vehicle number is "BR-01CN-0333". In view of the above, present application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to amend the main writ petition by correcting the number of the vehicle and by describing the same as "BR-01CN-0333" in place of "BR-1NO333".

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant to carry out the amendment within a period of one week from today. On making necessary correction, the order dated 05.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12184 of 2018 is hereby modified to that extent and it is directed that in paragraph No. 1 it should be read as "BR-01CN-0333", in place of "BR1NO333". Registry is directed to issue the fresh order in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12184 of 2018(3) dt.14-09-2018 3/3 main writ petition accordingly.
