The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further he submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sanjay Yadav and Suresh Yadav.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60505 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
