The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 338 of 2022 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
