No. 2 and Mr. Dilip Kumar No. 1, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2025 dated 23.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 85, 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

The main submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel are that all the petitioners are in-laws of the informant, and the main allegation of committing physical cruelty with the informant is against her husband, who has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is lastly submitted that a good relationship has been restored between both the parties and considering this aspect, the prayer for bail of the informant's husband was considered by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59134 of 2025.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No. 2 fairly accepts the above-stated fact regarding the good relationship being restored in between both parties.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the petitioners' prayer for bail and submits that the instant matter relates to physical assault, and the informant was subjected to physical torture by the accused persons.

In the facts and circumstances of this case as well as considering the above-stated facts and mainly the good relationship having restored in between both parties on that basis the prayer for bail of the informant's husband, who is said to be the main accused, has been considered by a co-ordinate

Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S (Shailendra Singh, J) maynaz/- U T
