The learned writ court has approved the aforesaid policy followed

Patna High Court LPA No.631 of 2015 (3) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 for selecting the candidates when two candidates had identical marks. The approach adopted by the learned writ court is quite right and hence, we do not find any reason to make indulgence in the matter.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
