As per the prosecution story, the accused persons were part of the appointment committee for the purpose of 'Shiksha Mitra' appointed one Arun Kumar Ghosh on the post of 'Shiksha Mitra' on the basis of forged certificate issued by Indian Physical Educational College, Amrawati, Maharashtra.
