The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. It is alleged in the written report that 27 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 04-03-2017. He has no criminal antecedent.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 93 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24256 of 2017 (3) dt.30-06-2017 2017 to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Araria subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
