The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Special Case No. 9442 of 2018 arising out of Chowk P.S. Case No. 393 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 60 litres of illict Mahua liquor from the petitioner herein and further one live cartridge was also recovered from his trouser. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent and has already been suitably

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 9442 of 2018 arising out of Chowk P.S.
