ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 The Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 16.1.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 39573 of 2013.

The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 16.1.2014 in connection with Cr. Misc. 39573 of 2013 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks but due to some reason, he could not surrender before the Court below within time and hence and he seeks extension.

Further four weeks time from the date of receipt of this order is granted to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court of Sri Prabhakar Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, in connection with C.B. Case No. 27 of 2013.

The modification application is allowed.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- (Two hundred fifty) in the District Legal Aid Committee.
