2. The present writ petition has been filed for restraining the respondents from making any recruitment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika in the Baligaon Panchayat, Ward No. 12 under Parsa Block of Saran District prior to the notification of Union Ministry of Schedule Case and Schedule Tribes Affair. Further prayer has been made to restrain the respondent to take any action regarding the recruitment, cast multiplicity and majority prior to he notification of the Union

Patna High Court CWJC No.19275 of 2018(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 government, which is to be issued for inclusion of some castes of this state under the Scheduled cast category.

Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that mapping register has already been prepared and BC-1 category has been declared as majority group as per the population in the panchayat but in any view of the matter, this case is of the year 2018 and petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original authority under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
