JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Murlidhar , learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this court on 28.10.2016 vide Cr. Misc. No. 43765 of 2016 . Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has argued that even after rejection of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner one of the co- accused has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this court vide Annexure '3' to the present petition. He further submits that despite the fact that petitioner is in custody since 6.7.2016 till date charge has not been framed. However, considering the fact that earlier on merit after considering the argument of the parties as
