This is a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner is accused in other two cases but he is on bail in the said cases. The instant case relates to snatching of a motorcycle from the informant and his employee. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and is in custody since 28.10.2016 on the basis of his confessional statement.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
