Earlier the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc No. 34788 of 2021 vide order dated 23.08.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed the present application on fresh ground that in respect of cheque issued by the petitioner, a separate complaint petition has been filed.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. His prayer for bail shall be considered on the same day without being
