JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught in Angarghat P.S. Case No. 97 of 2013 on 21.10.2013 and some cash as well as mobile phone were recovered. The co-accused and petitioner confessed their guilt disclosing their involvement in the present case but petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade and he was remanded in the present case from the above stated Angarghat P.S. Case No. 97 of 2013 on 14.08.2014. Moreover, petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Angarghat P.S. Case No. 97 of 2013 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20960 of 2014.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48830 of 2014 (3) dt.09-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.
