The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amended) Act, 2016.

According to the F.I.R., Java Mahua was recovered from the house of the petitioners. Submission is that the same was for feeding the cattle and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50586 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Bhojpur at Ara/Successor Court in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
