Mandal University, Madhepura, submits that the writ petitioner had approached this Court for a direction to the University to accept fees and forms for registration and examination of B.Ed. for the sessions 2018-2020. He further submits that by order, dated 03.09.2019, a co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.17375 of 2019(5) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 Court has directed the University to accept fees and forms of 28 candidates of the petitioner Institution and pursuant thereto, the candidates submitted their fees and forms and their examination for the sessions 2018-20 have also completed. He thus submits that this application has, now, become infructuous.

4. In view of the aforesaid statement, this writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
