2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 439 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 07.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77868 of 2024.

4. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused persons snatched a bag of the informant containing amount of Rs. 98,110/- with other documents at the gun point.

5. Earlier the observation by a co-ordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60401 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 this Court was that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has completed one year of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 439 of 2023, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

9. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Banmankhi Police Station, District-Purnea on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
