The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner caused fire arms injury to informant's brother Chandrakant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that due to land dispute scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries and there is case and counter case. Injuries sustained by informant's brother were found to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71646 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 custody since 5.9.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Nasriganj Police Station Case No. 91 of 2021.
