2. It is not disputed at the Bar that the order of the Court dated 26.02.2008 passed in CWJC No. 5724 of 2007 has been complied with.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are still certain dues remaining, for which he may give liberty to file representation before the Vice-Chancellor of J. P. University.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor and Registrar of J. P. University with regard to any remaining dues, which according to him has not been paid. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar and Vice Chancellor of J. P. University shall be obliged to pass a reasoned order within one month from the date of filing of the representation. If it is found that something is due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within the next three weeks.
