Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, confessional statement of petitioner was recorded and except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S.Case No. 78 of 2014/G.R. No.2637 of 2014.
