The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 28.09.2015 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in S. Tr. NO. 188 of 1988 arising out of Belhar P.S. Case No. 73 of 1984 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 337 of the I.P.C. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage.
