The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 659 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 370, 290, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in immoral activities.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71960 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Tanveer Kaur, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 659 of 2019.
