2. This Criminal Revision has been preferred against the order dated 09.09.2015 passed in Misc. Case No.74 of 2015, whereby and whereunder the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur, rejected the application of the petitioner filed under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the order dated 16.04.2013 passed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the petitioner to pay Rs.2500/- per month to his wife (opposite party) and Rs.1500/- per month to his daughter for their maintenance.

3. The impugned order goes to show that the application of the petitioner filed under Section 127 of the Code

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.882 of 2015 dt.09-08-2019 2/2 of Criminal Procedure was rejected by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur, taking into consideration that the petitioner is teacher and he is getting salary Rs.20,000/- per month.

4. I find no illegality in the impugned order for interference with the same and, accordingly, this Criminal Revision stands dismissed.
