For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Amaresh Kumar For the Respondent/s : Mr. M. N. Parbat ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent-Bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the order of the Appellate Authority dated 23.04.2014 has not been quashed, the same poses an impediment in reconsideration of the case of the petitioner.
Such submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be misplaced. The order of the Court dated 03.07.2018 specifically directs reconsideration of the matter by the
Patna High Court MJC No.3309 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 Appellate Authority on the limited issue of quantum of punishment, since otherwise, the order dated 23.04.2014 has not been interfered with.
No further order needs to be passed in this application. The same is dismissed.
