JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. In paragraph 13 of the main application, the petitioner has submitted that till the filing of the application, not a signal witness was examined by the prosecution whereupon the counsel for the informant vehemently objected the statement that was made by the petitioner.

Today, a supplementary affidavit has been filed where the petitioner has accepted that all the witnesses have been examined and the case has been placed for argument. As the matter is at the verge of the closure, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, the court below is directed to
