Petitioner is in custody in connection with PakriBarawan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 for the offence under sections 419, 420, 471, 472, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only on suspicion, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner was arrested from his Sasural and he is in custody since 10.3.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be
