The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 09 of 1996 registered under Sections 302 and 307/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner has been granted bail, but he jumped the bail on 08.12.2009. However, he has surrendered on 14.07.2014. Hence he remained in jail for more than six months. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 9 of 1996, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground.
