The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017 GR 338 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that upon him being apprehended by the police, one country made pistol is said to have been recovered from his possession while he was going on the cycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to filing of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 by him against one Ramanand Mahto. It is further submitted that the petitioner has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29013 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.03.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017.
