In the counter affidavit stand has been taken by the respondents that the necessary document has not been produced by the petitioner and as such verification of the same has not been finally done and payment could not be made. In view of the fact that necessary certificate for verification has not been submitted by the petitioner, the Court directs the petitioner to provide necessary certificates for verification to the respondents within a period of 15 days from

Patna High Court CWJC No.17209 of 2015(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 today to enable the District Programme Officer (Establishment) to verify the records and take appropriate decision in the light of the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. Necessary order as to legality and validity of the appointment of the petitioner and follow up action as to payment of salary must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
