JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, petitioner is claimed to be driver of the vehicle from which 48 bottles of foreign liquor, each containing 750 ml., were recovered. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 25.04.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32093 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.68/2017.

Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
