Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. representing the State.
The petitioner was granted provisional bail by order dated 12.07.2017. The petitioner is deed writer and he was in custody since 24.05.2017 and then by order dated 12.07.2017 he has been allowed provisional bail.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering custody of the petitioner, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed.
