Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.137C2 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, 3.645 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered and seized from a bush located on the rear side of the furniture shop of the petitioner and the petitioner was apprehended.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the place of

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge7th, Special Judge (Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016), Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No.137C2 of 2017.
