JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that petitioner and others were preparing to commit dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner stolen motorcycle was recovered. Submission of the petitioner is that he is in custody since 16.02.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty
