This is an application for grant of regular bail registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B), (a)/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2013. Apart from the submission that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year and half, it has been submitted that similarly situated co-accused have been granted regular bail by this Court. In view of the above, let the petitioner Allauddin be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.
