2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that substantial grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. However, with respect to interest and certain other relief petitioner seeks to file detail representation.
3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as for any remaining relief, petitioner if so advise, may file detail representation before the Registrar for redressal of her grievance.
4. The Registrar, is directed to ensure payment of all dues with statutory interest and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing in accordance with law.
5. In case of failure, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the concerned authority.
